These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the sgi88 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). Each individual may hold only one (1) sgi88 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. sgi88 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sgi88 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify sgi88 support immediately via live chat.

All transactions on the sgi88 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). sgi88 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your sgi88 account instantly. sgi88 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are generally processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take 1–3 business days. sgi88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name.

• Funds deposited into your sgi88 account must be used for gaming purposes. Depositing and immediately withdrawing without gameplay may be treated as suspicious activity.
• sgi88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

sgi88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

All games available on the sgi88 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.

sgi88 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios and are subject to the rules of the respective game as administered by the live dealer.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, sgi88 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sgi88 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the sgi88 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the sgi88 Platform without the prior written consent of sgi88.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sgi88 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the sgi88 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or gaming winnings.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond sgi88's control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

sgi88's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sgi88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sgi88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the sgi88 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Upon termination for cause, sgi88 may forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances may be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to sgi88, subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no fraudulent activity has occurred.

You may close your sgi88 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met.
